Britannia’s Grand Christmas buffet in Palmehaven: seasonal produce, stations for fish, shellfish and cheese, and Christmas classics such as ribbe (roast pork belly), pinnekjøtt (cured lamb ribs) and lutefisk (lye-cured dried fish), along with baked halibut in champagne sauce. A dessert table from Britannia’s own patisserie rounds off the meal.

The show is live music in collaboration with Nye Hjorten Teater: a jazz trio of professional musicians, with Elisabeth Nygård-Pearson on vocals, plays from dinner into the evening. After the last set a DJ keeps the party going, and you can stay in Palmehaven until the evening ends.

  • The booking is not refundable if you cancel or do not attend. A place can be transferred to another guest with the organiser’s written confirmation.

Your booking

The Multum Columen gathering takes place at Britannia Hotel, Trondheim, on Saturday 5 December 2026. The conference runs from 17:00 to 19:00 local time and is free for confirmed guests. The optional Palmehaven Christmas buffet and show, Britannia's Grand Christmas buffet with live music, starts at 19:00. A conference confirmation does not reserve a dinner place, and a dinner booking does not confirm conference attendance; conference places are confirmed separately by the organiser.

The dinner price is NOK 2,045 per person, including VAT and two drink tokens per guest (mineral water, beer or wine). The drink tokens are part of the price and cannot be deselected. Other drinks, travel and accommodation are not included. Dress code: smart attire. Dinner bookings close on 30 October 2026 at 23:59 local time, or earlier if all 50 places are allocated. Dinner is booked through this booking process, not directly with Britannia.

Seller and organiser

Multum Columen FZ-LLC is the event organiser. The seller and payment recipient for the dinner is APEX QUANTUM AS, Norwegian organisation number 921 269 692, registered address Ranheimsmoen 30, 7054 Ranheim, Norway. For booking questions, contact contact@multumcolumen.com.

Payment and confirmation

Card bookings become binding when payment is completed and the booking is confirmed. The total price and these terms are presented before payment. A confirmation email records the guests, the event, the amount and the terms version. An abandoned or unsuccessful payment does not confirm a dinner place; a reservation held during payment is released if payment is not completed.

Businesses may request an invoice with a 14-day payment term. An invoice request is not a confirmed booking. Once the organiser approves the request, APEX QUANTUM AS issues the invoice and a booking confirmation is sent. The booking is then binding and the dinner places are allocated. Pay by the due date and quote the invoice reference. The invoice states the payment account. Do not make an unreferenced transfer to reserve a place.

Cancellation and guest changes

The dinner and show are supplied on a specific date. The ordinary 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to this dated booking, under section 22(m) of the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act. This does not remove your rights if the service is cancelled, changed or not delivered as agreed.

If you cancel or do not attend, the booking is not refundable. You may ask to transfer a place to another guest, or to change a guest's name, by contacting contact@multumcolumen.com. The organiser handles transfers and name changes on request, confirms them in writing and records them on the booking. A transfer does not change the price or create an extra place. Please do not sell or transfer your booking without confirmation.

If the dinner and show are cancelled, we will refund the full dinner price paid. If the event date changes or the booked service changes materially, we will explain the change and offer a choice of accepting it or receiving a refund. Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Questions, complaints and personal data

Tell the organiser promptly if something is wrong, so it can be addressed. Send booking questions and complaints to contact@multumcolumen.com, quoting your booking reference. If a consumer complaint cannot be resolved, you may seek mediation from the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet).

Booking details are used to administer attendance, payment, confirmations and support. Only guest names are shared with Britannia Hotel, for the seating. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach the organiser. Guest names and the buyer's phone number are removed from the booking 30 days after the event. One year after the event the booking is anonymised: the buyer's name, email address, company and invoice details, and any notes the team wrote are removed. Amounts and references are kept for the seller's accounting.

Your personal data

APEX QUANTUM AS is responsible for the personal data in dinner bookings (the data controller). Multum Columen handles the booking on its behalf.

We collect the buyer’s name, email address and phone number (if given), company and invoice details for an invoice request, and the guests’ names. We use them for the booking, the payment, confirmations and support.

Only the guests’ names are passed to Britannia Hotel, for the seating. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.

Guest names and the phone number are removed 30 days after the event. One year after the event the booking is anonymised: the buyer’s name, email address, company and invoice details are removed, and amounts and references are kept for accounting.
