The company
What Multum Columen is
Multum Columen FZ-LLC is a company registered in Meydan Free Zone, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our business is direct sales: independent partners introduce customers to the software subscription Apex Quantum Plus, at Apex Quantum's own price.
We do not build the software, we do not set the price, and we do not sell packages of our own. What we do own is the direct sales operation: the partner agreement, the compensation plan, the genealogy, the commission run and the support behind it.

The compensation plan pays most when the people you helped in succeed — and most of all when they become good at helping others. The model rewards the teacher, not the person who holds the cards close.
Honesty before enthusiasm
We would rather lose a signature than win it with a number that was never true. Nobody in Multum Columen is allowed to promise an income.
The customer comes first
Commission exists because a customer pays for something they want to keep. A partner who forgets the customer has no business left.
Slow is fine
This is a business you can build beside the job you already have. We will not push anyone to move faster than they can afford to.
Compliance
Principles we do not negotiate
These apply to the company, to every independent partner and to every piece of material either of us publishes.
No income guarantees, no get-rich rhetoric and no lifestyle imagery. The only income illustration is the labelled example in the compensation plan.
Apex Quantum Plus is described exactly as Apex Quantum describes it: daily AI signals with full reasoning, a morning brief and structured learning — general market analysis and educational material, not individual investment advice. No promised returns, no performance figures of our own.
Introducing new partners alone pays nothing. Every commission requires an actual paying customer.
Independent partners may only use approved material. Self-produced marketing containing income claims is prohibited and leads to suspension.
Privacy under UAE PDPL and GDPR. Genealogy and customer data are trade secrets with access logging.
Draft legal documents are clearly marked. They are reviewed and require an MC publication decision before they can be offered for acceptance.
